FUTURES PROGRAM

  It is sometimes difficult to predict when services like ours might be needed.

Sometimes without any warning, you or a loved one may have an extended or unexpected trip out of town, emergency health care situation, or other personal or professional crisis, for which help may be needed.  Taking the time to look for professional services during a time of heightened stress is not ideal.

To better ensure that you or your loved one is more comfortable with us, we offer enrollment in our Futures Program that operates like this:

 

• Call us at (618) 401-8196 or complete the form by clicking on CONTACT US at the bottom of this page.  Should we be unable to take your call, please leave a detailed voicemail message and a member of our team will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.

• ​During the call, we will ask some basic questions as part of our regular intake process.  We will then schedule an in-home visit with you. 

​​

• This visit will last around one hour, during which time we will get better acquainted, and talk over in more detail any specific concerns or other pertinent information that may help us best serve you.

​

• We will call you every few weeks or so, to check in and see how you are doing. 

​

The Futures Program is offered free of charge in keeping with our goal of promoting and preserving peace and harmony.
